Start free with three machines, or one technician on Standard. On Pro and Enterprise you can add as many technician accounts as you like and pay only for how many are in sessions at the same time.

What is a technician licence?: One technician working at a time, not one account. With three licences you can have twenty technicians on your account and any three of them can be in sessions at once; the fourth waits until one of them finishes. A licence is in use while its technician has a session open.
How many computers can one technician have open?: As many sessions at once as the plan allows each technician.
What counts as a device?: Every machine with the client installed, online or not. Uninstall the client and it stops counting.
What happens when a trial ends?: If you have not chosen to pay, your organisation moves to Free. Nothing is deleted; you just cannot add more than Free allows.
Can I move to a smaller plan or fewer licences?: Yes, once you are within its limits. The billing page tells you exactly what to remove first if you are not. Fewer licences never ends anybody’s session.
